Our meticulous enamel painting process, step by step
Our door and window enamel painting process is designed for efficiency and a flawless finish, typically completed within one to three days depending on the scope. It begins with a thorough inspection and surface preparation (approximately 2-4 hours per door/window). This involves cleaning, sanding down old paint, filling minor imperfections, and masking adjacent areas to protect them from paint splatter. Next, we apply a high-quality primer (around 1-2 hours per door/window, plus drying time). This crucial step ensures optimal adhesion for the enamel and a uniform base colour. Following the primer, we apply two to three coats of premium enamel paint (each coat taking 1-2 hours per door/window, with adequate drying time between applications). Our painters use professional techniques for a smooth, streak-free finish. Finally, after the paint has cured sufficiently, we carefully remove all masking and conduct a final quality check, tidying up the work area completely (approximately 1-2 hours for the entire project). We aim for minimal disruption to your daily routine while achieving outstanding results.
