1. Who handles your data
Data you send through this site is handled by YGM Marketing (tax ID 517767210, registered in Portugal), owner of the trade name "Manitas Barcelona 24".

2. What we collect
Quote form: your name, phone, email, the job description, the service and area, and any photos you choose to attach. Photos are optional.
Footer sign-up: your email address only.
Browsing: ordinary technical details of a visit (pages viewed, language, rough device type) and, if you accept measurement cookies, the data collected by Google Tag Manager. Decline and those tags never load.
We don't ask for health data, bank details or ID numbers through the site. If they appear in your description or a photo, it's because you included them — we'd rather you didn't.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To handle your request and put you in touch with the right professional. Legal basis: carrying out the request and the pre-contract steps you initiate.
To reply by phone, WhatsApp or email when you contact us. Legal basis: the same request.
To send the newsletter if you sign up. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To measure how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent via the cookie notice.
We don't make automated decisions about you and we don't build advertising profiles from your data.
4. Who we share it with
The self-employed professional we pass your request to, and only what they need to assess it and contact you. From that point they are responsible for the data they handle themselves, including invoicing.
The technology providers that supply our hosting, database and email, acting as processors on our behalf and only on our instructions.
Google, through Tag Manager and its measurement tools, only if you accept measurement cookies.
We don't sell or rent your data. If you want the current list of processors, email us and we'll send it.
5. Your photos
Photos you upload with a quote request are kept in private storage: not public, not indexed, never shown on the site.
If you start uploading and never submit the request, that upload session expires and the orphaned photos are deleted automatically. Photos attached to a submitted request are kept while we handle the job.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your request while we handle it and, after that, only for as long as it may be needed to deal with a complaint or meet an applicable legal obligation.
Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time and we will.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction or objection, portability, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Just email contacto@barcelonamanitas.es and say what you need.
If you think we handled your request badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
8. Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical measures: restricted access to requests, private storage for photos and encrypted connections.
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes apply going forward only.
