"Manitas Barcelona 24" (also "Barcelona Manitas") is a trade name operated by YGM Marketing, registered in Portugal under tax ID 517767210. The brand refers to the intermediary service described on this site; it is not a Spanish trading company.

2. What we do and what we don't
This site is an intermediary service: we publish information about trades and areas, collect quote requests and pass them to independent self-employed professionals who work on their own account.
We don't carry out the work. The service contract is between you and the professional, and it is the professional who performs, invoices, warrants and is liable for the job. Our responsibility page sets this out in full.
Prices shown on the site are indicative and are not a binding offer. The fixed price comes from the professional after assessing your case, usually from your photos or a visit.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for information and to request a quote. You may not use it to submit unlawful content, impersonate anyone, scrape data automatically, or interfere with how it works.
When you send a request you confirm that the details and photos you provide are yours or that you have permission to share them, and that the information is accurate.
