How we work
The process is laborious. We apply thick levelling filler over the stucco and let it partially dry. We sand with an orbital sander until the surface is completely smooth. We apply sealing primer and two coats of plastic paint. The dust generated during sanding is considerable. We cover the entire room with plastic sheets before starting and carefully vacuum thoroughly when finished. An average 15 m² room, smoothed and painted, takes 2-3 days of work. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond in less than 10 minutes during business hours. We start with ceilings, lamps, air ducts, and high parts of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We then proceed with walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind guides. After that, internal and external carpentry, window panes inside and out, taps and sanitaryware. We finish with the floors, which are done last because they receive everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the last layer of construction residue.
