How we work
The process is laborious. We apply thick levelling filler over the stucco and let it dry partially. We sand with an orbital sander until the surface is completely smooth. We apply a sealing primer and two coats of plastic paint. The dust generated during sanding is considerable. We cover the entire room with plastic sheets before starting and carefully vacuum upon completion. A standard room of 15 m², smoothed and painted, takes 2-3 days of work. Call us, write to us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we respond in less than 10 minutes during business hours. We start with ceilings, lamps, air ducts, and the upper parts of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We then move on to walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind guides. After that, internal and external carpentry, window panes inside and out, taps and sanitary fixtures. We finish with the floors, which are done last because they catch everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the last layer of construction dust.
