How we work
The construction process is quite clean. We first assemble the metal structure of galvanized steel profiles, screwed to the floor and ceiling. Electrical wires, water pipes if any, are run through, and the interior is filled with rock wool or glass wool mats, providing significant sound insulation. Plasterboard panels are screwed to both sides. They are joined with fiber tape and jointing compound, sanded between layers until a completely smooth surface ready for painting is achieved. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. The first step is diagnosing the surface. If the existing paint is well adhered, we cover it. If it's peeling, we remove it completely with a spatula and sander, leaving a clean surface. If there are structural cracks (not superficial), we treat them with elastic filler that accommodates small building movements without re-cracking. If there are saltpeter stains or white efflorescence, we remove them with a specific chemical product and neutralize them before painting.
