How we work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your online quote — we will respond within 10 minutes during business hours. First, the old silicone must be completely removed. New silicone cannot be applied over old, as it won't adhere and will peel off in weeks. Removal is done with a special cutter, scraper, and, in difficult cases, with a specific softening chemical that dissolves old silicone without damaging the tile. Silicone application is done with a gun and continuous, uninterrupted movement. Stopping and restarting creates visible irregularities. Immediately after application, it is smoothed with a silicone spatula or a finger dipped in soapy water to achieve the characteristic uniform concave finish. Masking tape is removed before the silicone begins to cure, within the first 5 minutes.
