How we work
Medium-high quality selected in the budget. We also work with materials provided by the client. A small full renovation of a bathroom or kitchen might look simple from the outside, but technically it combines several trades that need to work in coordination within a limited space and under tight deadlines. If coordination fails, deadlines double, budgets spiral out of control, and the final result has visible flaws you'll have to live with for the next ten years. The difference between a well-done and a poorly-done renovation rarely lies in the materials (they are the same in both cases) but in the project, the coordination, and the quality of each trade. The project begins with a technical visit where we measure the current space and identify what can be modified and what is structural and untouchable. Then we discuss with you what you want to achieve. Just modernise while keeping the current layout, or completely reform the layout (typical in bathrooms where a bathtub is removed to install a large shower). We make an initial sketch, show it to you, and adjust based on your comments. Only then do we prepare a detailed budget by item with specific chosen materials.
