   Pladur Sheet Fixing and Joint Treatment (1-2 days)

   With the framework in place, we carefully cut and screw the pladur sheets onto the structure. Following this, all joints are taped and filled with specific compounds. This process is repeated over several layers, with drying time between applications, to achieve a perfectly smooth and uniform surface ready for finishing.

   Final Inspection and Handover (1-2 hours)

   After the joint treatment is complete and the surface is sanded smooth, we conduct a final quality check. We ensure every detail meets our high standards and your expectations. We then clean the work area thoroughly and present your new, flawless pladur ceiling.

For durable and high-performing pladur ceilings, selecting the right materials and brands is paramount. We primarily work with leading manufacturers known for their reliability and innovation. Knauf and Placo are two prominent brands we frequently utilise, offering a wide range of plasterboard types, including standard, water-resistant (H1), fire-resistant (F), and acoustic panels. For specific applications, we also consider Siniat products, especially for their robust solutions. Beyond the sheets themselves, we use quality metal profiles from brands like Protektor for the structural framework, ensuring rigidity and longevity. Joint compounds and tapes from specialist brands like Beissier are critical for achieving a smooth, crack-free finish, providing a solid foundation for painting or other decorative treatments.
