   Pladur Boarding & Finishing (3-5 days)

   Pladur plasterboards are cut precisely and screwed onto the metal framework. We then apply multiple layers of joint compound (pasta de juntas) to all seams and screw heads, followed by sanding to achieve a perfectly smooth, uniform surface ready for painting. This stage is crucial for a flawless finish.

4. 4

   Final Inspection & Handover (0.5-1 day)

   After the Pladur work is complete and dried, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the coves meet our high standards of quality and your expectations. We then prepare the area for your chosen lighting installation and painting, providing any necessary advice for the next steps. The entire process, from initial consultation to a paint-ready surface, typically takes 7 to 12 working days, depending on the complexity and scale of the project.

We primarily utilise standard Pladur plasterboards, typically 12.5mm or 15mm thick, for their versatility and ease of finishing. For areas requiring enhanced moisture resistance, such as bathrooms or kitchens, we opt for Pladur WA (Water Resistant) boards. The metal framework is constructed using galvanised steel profiles, ensuring corrosion resistance and a stable foundation for the entire structure.
