- How long does it take to paint an entire dwelling?
- An 80-100 m² dwelling painted by a team of 2 people takes 3-4 days with two coats. If walls need repairing, stucco removal, or damp treatment beforehand, add 2-3 days.
- Do you paint exterior facades at height?
- Yes, up to the second floor with our own elevated platforms. For taller buildings, we work with specialised companies with permits for vertical access work.
- Do you treat rising damp?
- Yes, using chemical barrier injection methods and waterproofing mortars. We guarantee the treatment for 5 years. Painting over damp without treating it never works; it always returns.
- Do you carry out small comprehensive renovations?
- Yes, we complete bathrooms and kitchens up to 15 m²: demolition, plumbing, electrics, tiling, sanitaryware, and painting. For larger renovations, we refer to a specialised construction partner.
- Do you cover and protect the house before painting?
- Of course. We cover floors with corrugated plastic or thick plastic, protect sockets and skirting boards with tape, and move light furniture. Heavy items are moved away from the centre of the room.
