How we work
The first step for the plumber is to find out where the blockage is. There's no point blindly pushing a rod if the blockage is two floors down. For that, we use an endoscopic inspection camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and shows the exact point of the blockage and its nature on screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. For superficial clogs in sinks or washbasins, a cheap manual rod from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, you continue. If after 30-45 minutes it's still blocked, call. Insisting only makes the situation worse because you push the plug deeper. Call us, write to us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we respond within 10 minutes during business hours.
