How we work
Call us, text us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. First, the old sealant must be completely removed. New sealant cannot be applied over old sealant, as it won't adhere and will peel off within weeks. Removal is done with a special utility knife, a scraper, and in difficult cases, a specific chemical softening product that dissolves the old sealant without damaging the tiles. Sealant is applied with a caulking gun in a continuous, uninterrupted motion. Stopping and restarting creates visible irregularities. Immediately after application, it's smoothed with a silicone spatula or a finger dipped in soapy water to create the characteristic uniform concave finish. Masking tape is removed before the sealant begins to cure, within the first 5 minutes.
