About working in Granollers
Granollers is the capital of Vallès Oriental and mixes a historic centre with recent residential estates. In the centre (Sant Esteve, Sant Miquel) we work on 1950s–70s buildings with tight inner courtyards and the usual condensation damp on flat roofs — we apply EPDM membranes and humidity-controlled vents. In Can Bassa and Can Mònic, well-finished new-builds drive demand for personalisation: bespoke furniture, fronts, shower screens. We coordinate often with local building managers. Excellent access via AP-7 and C-17.
