How we work
We arrive with professional pressure washers, rotary surface nozzles for large areas, and lances for corners, joints, and edges. First, we remove furniture, pots, and obstacles, sweep away loose dirt, and if there are greasy or tyre stains on the driveway, we apply a specific degreaser to act before pressure washing. Then we clean the entire surface with orderly passes to avoid leaving marks, paying special attention to joints and corners where grime accumulates. Once the surface is clean and dry, we offer two optional finishes. Joint sealing delays the regrowth of weeds and grime and facilitates future cleaning. The non-slip treatment is highly recommended in high-traffic areas and around the pool, where wet tiles are a real risk for children and adults. In terms of frequency, on the Costa Blanca, an annual spring clean is enough for most terraces. Shaded areas or those with many nearby trees may need it twice a year. Yes, as an optional finish, we apply joint sealing or non-slip treatment, which is highly recommended in high-traffic areas and around swimming pools to prevent slips.
