How we work
We arrive with a professional pressure washer, a rotating surface nozzle for large areas, and a lance for corners, joints, and edges. First, we remove furniture, pots, and obstacles, sweep away loose dirt, and if there are greasy or tyre stains on the driveway, we apply a specific degreaser to work before the pressure washing. Then we clean the entire surface with orderly passes to avoid leaving marks, paying special attention to joints and corners where moss accumulates. Once the surface is clean and dry, we offer two optional finishes. Joint sealing delays the regrowth of weeds and moss and facilitates future cleanings. Anti-slip treatment is highly recommended in high-traffic areas and around swimming pools, where wet tiles pose a real risk for children and adults. In terms of frequency, in the Costa Blanca, an annual spring cleaning is sufficient for most terraces. Shady areas or those with many nearby trees may require cleaning twice a year.
