How we work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request a quote online — we reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. First and most importantly. If you smell burning plastic or see smoke near a socket or the electrical board, immediately turn off the main switch at the board and call for an emergency. A burning smell in electrical systems almost always means a wire or mechanism is overheating to the point of melting the insulation. The next natural step is a fire. Turning off the main switch cuts the power and gives the technician time to arrive before further damage occurs. To add a new socket where there wasn't one, there are two approaches. The first is chasing. This involves cutting a channel in the wall from the nearest socket to the new point, running the cable inside, and then replastering the channel. It's the cleanest visually but involves minor building work and redecorating the wall. Timeline: 4-6 hours plus wall repair.
