How We Work
First and foremost. If you smell burning plastic or see smoke near a plug socket or the electrical panel, immediately switch off the main breaker at the panel and call emergency services. A burning smell in electrical systems almost always means a cable or mechanism is overheating to the point of melting its insulation. The next natural step is a fire. Switching off the main breaker cuts the power and allows time for a technician to arrive without further damage. Call us, message us via WhatsApp or request your quote online — we'll respond within 10 minutes during business hours. There are two approaches to adding a new socket where there wasn't one before. The first is chasing. Cutting a channel in the wall from the nearest socket to the new point, running the cable inside, and closing the chase with plaster. This is the cleanest visually but involves minor construction work and repainting the wall. Timeline: 4-6 hours plus wall repair.
