- You've left your keys inside. Now what?
- The typical Saturday night call from Cabo Roig. You've been out for dinner, left your bag with keys inside, and the door has slammed shut in the wind. You're on the street with the intercom unanswered. The insurer does cover the opening, but the company's technician will come at 4 PM on Monday, not now. This is what happens most often: urgent openings at inconvenient times when the insurer isn't available.
- How long does it take for an emergency locksmith to arrive?
- In coastal areas of the Costa Blanca, during daytime, less than 90 minutes. For night or weekend emergencies, a maximum of 2-3 hours depending on the area and availability.
- Can the door be opened without breaking the lock?
- In most cases, yes, especially with standard cylinders. For high-security anti-bumping cylinders, non-destructive opening may not be possible, and the solution is to replace the entire cylinder.
- Which anti-bumping cylinder do you recommend?
- We work with recognised brands: Tesa T80, Mottura Champions, Cisa Astral. Cylinders with registered keys (cannot be copied without authorisation), 10-year warranty, and EN1303 European certification.
- Do you cover urgent broken glass replacements?
- In accessible areas, we provisionally cover with a board on the same day and replace the definitive glass within 48-72 hours. For custom-measured tempered safety glass, the lead time is 3-5 days.
- Do you make custom shower screens?
- Measured on-site, manufactured in our own workshop, and installed in one morning. Fixed, sliding, and folding models in 6 or 8mm tempered glass with aluminium profiles.
