How we work
The bungalows in La Herrada have repetitive installations, the same model of electrical board, water heater, and air conditioning in many homes. This reduces diagnosis time and allows us to keep common parts in stock. The typical client is a retired British or Irish person, residing between six months and the whole year, with a medium budget. What they value most is barrier-free English communication, work transparency, and WhatsApp updates with photos. The La Herrada community exchanges recommendations; a job well done translates into five calls in the following weeks from neighbours who also need something. We know this and we value it. The most requested service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their useful life. The La Herrada bungalows were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters that are now worn out after twenty or twenty-five years with hard water. We replace them with a new model from a quality brand, Junkers, Cointra, Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend the lifespan. This is a half-day operation per unit.
