How we work
Bungalows in La Herrada have repetitive installations, the same fuse box model, water heater, and air conditioning in many homes. This reduces diagnostic time and allows us to keep common parts in stock. The most requested service is replacing electric water heaters nearing the end of their lifespan. La Herrada bungalows were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters, which are now worn out after twenty or twenty-five years of hard water. We replace them with new, quality brands like Junkers, Cointra, or Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend service life. This takes half a day per unit. The second most common service is updating fuse boxes. The originals can no longer handle modern appliances like dishwashers, tumble dryers, heat pump air conditioning, or electric car chargers for those who have made the switch. We do a complete replacement with separate RCDs per zone and issue a signed certificate within a workday. The client receives a modern, safe, and insurable installation.
