- How long does an emergency locksmith take to arrive?
- On the coast of the Costa Blanca, under 90 minutes during the day. For urgent night or weekend calls, a maximum of 2-3 hours depending on the area and availability.
- Can the door be opened without breaking the lock?
- In most cases, yes, especially with standard cylinders. For high-security anti-bumping cylinders, damage-free opening may not be possible, and the solution is to replace the entire lock cylinder.
- Which anti-bumping cylinder do you recommend?
- We work with recognised brands: Tesa T80, Mottura Champions, Cisa Astral. Lock cylinders with registered key codes (cannot be copied without authorisation), 10-year warranty, and European EN1303 certification.
- Do you cover urgent replacement of broken glass?
- In accessible areas, we provide a temporary board-up the same day and replace the permanent glass within 48-72 hours. For custom-sized safety tempered glass, the timeframe is 3-5 days.
- Do you make custom shower screens?
- Measured on-site, manufactured in our own workshop, and installed in one morning. Fixed, sliding, and folding models in 6mm or 8mm tempered glass with aluminium frames.
