You're on the street with the intercom unresponsive. The insurer does cover the opening, but the company's technician won't arrive until four in the afternoon on Monday, not now. That's what we get most often: urgent openings at awkward times when the insurer isn't available.
- How long does an emergency locksmith take to arrive?
- In coastal areas of the Costa Blanca, during daytime, less than 90 minutes. For night or weekend emergencies, maximum 2-3 hours depending on the area and availability.
- Can the door be opened without breaking the lock?
- In most cases, yes, especially with standard cylinders. For high-security anti-bumping cylinders, non-destructive opening may not be possible, and the solution is to replace the entire cylinder.
- Which anti-bumping cylinder do you recommend?
- We work with recognised brands: Tesa T80, Mottura Champions, Cisa Astral. Cylinders with registered keys (cannot be copied without authorisation), 10-year warranty, and EN1303 European certification.
- Do you cover urgent broken glass replacement?
- In accessible areas, we temporarily cover with a board on the same day and replace the definitive glass in 48-72 hours. For custom-measured toughened security glass, the lead time is 3-5 days.
- Do you make custom shower screens?
- Measured on-site visit, manufactured in our own workshop and assembled in one morning. Fixed, sliding, and folding models in 6 or 8mm toughened glass with aluminium profiles.
