How we work
If the radiator continues to heat poorly after bleeding, there are other, more serious potential causes. Sludge accumulation is the primary one. Over the years, the water in the heating circuit generates oxides and mineral deposits that settle in the radiators, especially at the bottom. This sludge reduces the effective water flow area and creates cold spots. The solution is a chemical flush of the entire circuit with a specific descaling product, introduced with the boiler turned off, circulated for a few hours. It's completely drained before refilling with new water treated with a corrosion inhibitor. Call us, text us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online – we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. After an initial assessment, the technician will provide you with a written, fixed quote detailing labour, materials, and VAT. We only begin work once you approve it. The agreed price will not change unless a different issue arises that requires your authorisation.
