How we work
The typical client is a retired British or Irish person, residing here for six months to a full year, with an average budget. They value hassle-free English communication, work transparency, and WhatsApp updates with photos the most. Word spreads within the La Herrada community; a job well done often leads to five calls in the following weeks from neighbours needing similar services. We know this and appreciate it. La Herrada bungalows have repetitive installations, the same electrical board model, water heater, and air conditioning in many homes. This reduces diagnostic time and allows us to carry common parts in stock. The most requested service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their service life. La Herrada bungalows were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters that are now worn out after twenty or twenty-five years in hard water. We replace them with new models from quality brands like Junkers, Cointra, or Edesa, fitted with a sacrificial anode to extend their lifespan. This is a half-day job per unit.
