How we work
The small, full renovation of a bathroom or kitchen seems simple from the outside, but technically it combines several trades that must work together in a limited space and under a tight deadline. If coordination fails, deadlines double, the budget gets out of control, and the final result has visible defects you'll have to live with for the next ten years. The difference between a well-done renovation and a poorly done one is rarely in the materials (they are the same in both cases) but in the project, coordination, and the quality of each trade. The project begins with a technical visit where we measure the current space and identify what can be modified and what is structurally untouchable. Then we discuss with you what you want to achieve. Just modernise while keeping the current layout, or completely renovate the layout (typical in bathrooms where a bathtub is removed to install a large shower). We create an initial sketch, show it to you, and adjust it based on your feedback. Only then do we prepare the detailed quote by item with specific materials chosen. Design tailored to your style, detailed quote by item, and a committed completion timeframe.
