How we work
A small, full bathroom or kitchen renovation may seem simple from the outside, but technically it combines several trades that must work in coordination in a limited space under tight deadlines. If coordination fails, deadlines double, the budget spirals out of control, and the final result will have visible defects you'll have to live with for the next ten years. The difference between a well-done and a poorly-done renovation is rarely in the materials (they are the same in both cases) but in the project, the coordination, and the quality of each trade. The project begins with a technical visit where we measure the current space and identify what can be modified and what is untouchable structural elements. Then, we discuss with you what you want to achieve. Simply modernise while keeping the current layout, or completely reformat the layout (typical for bathrooms where a bathtub is removed to install a large shower). We create an initial sketch, show it to you, and adjust it based on your feedback. Only then do we prepare the detailed quote by line item with specific chosen materials. Design according to your style, detailed quote by line item, and committed completion date.
