It begins with calculating the property's thermal loads, sizing the equipment according to actual needs, choosing between radiators only, underfloor heating only, or a combination, planning space for the domestic hot water tank and the outdoor unit, and providing a fixed quote. The air-to-water heat pump, also called aerothermal heating, goes a step further. The outdoor unit heats or cools water that circulates through radiators, underfloor heating, or fan coils to regulate the property's temperature, and simultaneously heats a domestic hot water tank of approximately 200 litres for shower and tap use. It resolves everything with a single unit, ideal for detached houses and large properties. Its payback period compared to a traditional gas heating + air conditioning system is 8 to 12 years in this climate zone.
