How we work
We clean the condensate tray and drain separately with an descaling product as they often accumulates limescale. If the drain is partially blocked, we unblock it with a flexible hose. Finally, after drying all components, we apply a certified disinfectant product for air conditioning use that eliminates residual bacteria and fungi without leaving hazardous chemical residues. The next step is cleaning the coil, the part with thousands of thin fins through which the refrigerant gas flows. We apply a specific air conditioning descaling product, letting it act for 15-20 minutes depending on the level of dirt. We rinse with moderate water pressure, protecting the rest of the unit with plastic to prevent water from entering where it shouldn't. The correct technique requires experience: too much pressure bends the fins and reduces performance; too little doesn't remove the dirt.
