How we work
It's an old close-coupled cistern; the flat dates from the 60s. Two years ago I changed the flush valve for a new one (the blue and white plastic ones). Now water leaks into the bowl and the tank seems to never stop filling. The stopcock is next to the tank. It's a mezzanine, the interior patio drain doesn't swallow and the downpipe is badly built, we believe the entire installation needs to be changed. Every time it rains we get flooded. This is a communal work, we need a quote for the community president. In any case, I have bought a replacement rubber ball part (rubber/plastic ball plus rod and nuts) but given the difficult access, I would like a professional familiar with this type of work to install it. That's why I would like to request a quote.
