How we work
The process is laborious. We apply thick levelling filler over the stucco (gotelé) and allow it to dry partially. We then sand with an orbital sander until the surface is completely smooth. We apply a sealing primer and two coats of plastic paint. The dust generated during sanding is considerable. We cover the entire room with plastic before starting and vacuum carefully when finished. A standard 15 m² room, smoothed and painted, takes 2-3 days of work. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond in less than 10 minutes during business hours. We start with ceilings, light fixtures, air ducts, and high parts of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We continue with walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind guides. Then interior and exterior carpentry, windows inside and out, taps, and sanitary fixtures. We finish with the floors, which are done last as they receive everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the last layer of construction dust.
