How we work
The process is laborious. We apply thick levelling filler over the stucco and let it dry partially. We then polish it with an orbital sander until the surface is completely smooth. We apply a sealing primer and two coats of plastic paint. The dust generated during sanding is considerable. We cover the entire room with plastic before starting and vacuum carefully afterwards. A standard 15 m² room, smoothed and painted, takes 2-3 days of work. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond in less than 10 minutes during business hours. We start with ceilings, lamps, air ducts, and the tops of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We then proceed to walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind guides. After that, internal and external carpentry, windows inside and out, taps and sanitary ware. We finish with the floors, which are done last because they catch everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove any final construction film.
