How we work
For superficial blockages in sinks or basins, a cheap manual rod from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, you continue. If after 30-45 minutes it's still stuck, call. Persisting only worsens the situation because you push the blockage deeper. The first step for the plumber is to find out where the blockage is. There's no point blindly inserting a rod if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an endoscopic inspection camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and shows the exact point of the blockage and its nature on screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond within 10 minutes during business hours.
