How we work
For superficial blockages in sinks or washbasins, an inexpensive manual drain snake from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, keep going. If after 30-45 minutes it's still stuck, call us. Insisting only makes the situation worse because you push the plug further down. The plumber's first step is to find out where the blockage is. There's no point blindly inserting a snake if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an endoscopic inspection camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and shows the exact point of the blockage and its nature on screen: hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we respond in under 10 minutes during business hours.
