How we work
For minor clogs in sinks or basins, an inexpensive manual auger from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, you continue. If after 30-45 minutes it's still blocked, call us. Persisting will only worsen the situation by pushing the blockage further down. The plumber's first step is to locate the clog. There's no point blindly inserting an auger if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an endoscopic inspection camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and shows the exact location and nature of the clog on screen: hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we respond in under 10 minutes during working hours.
