This page explains how we write the site's content, how we build the indicative price ranges, which images are illustrative and how we measure response time. If anything changes, we update it here.
Indicative price. We give the fixed price after reviewing your photos or —if you prefer— a visit, no commitment.
Every service or zone page is written from real neighbourhood context — building age, local rules, access — and from what clients in that zone actually ask us.
Content is reviewed by an internal editor before going live. There are no invented author names: when you see 'Reviewed by the editorial team', that is exactly what it means.
We rewrite pages when we spot new questions coming in through email, WhatsApp or search.
The ranges you see are indicative. We build them from three sources: (1) our own closed jobs in the area, (2) public references from other renovation and handyman marketplaces in Barcelona, and (3) the typical condition of the building or item being repaired.
We always show a range, never a fixed price, because no two jobs are identical — condition, materials and access all move the number.

Many images on the site are illustrative: they represent the type of job, not a specific job we completed. They are clearly labelled 'Illustrative image'.
When we have a real photo from a finished job and the client authorises us to use it, we swap it in and drop the illustrative label.
We never label stock photos as 'real completed work'. Ever.
When we say 'we reply within 24 hours', we mean working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00–20:00).
The median response time we display only appears once we have at least 20 recent measured requests. Below that sample size, we do not show a number.
No invented star ratings, no invented review counts, no fake 'aggregateRating' in structured data.
No fixed prices without seeing the job. Not by WhatsApp, not by phone.
No gas work, no roofs above 3 floors, no structural work without a project. That's spelled out on the responsibility page.
