How we work
After flushing the toilet, meaning the cistern flush mechanism. Once the cistern refills, water leaks out again, and we are forced to close the stopcock... The cistern flush mechanism is a button. I apologise if I'm not expressing myself correctly, due to a lack of knowledge in the subject. In any case, I have bought a replacement rubber ball part (rubber/plastic ball with rod and nuts) but given the difficult access, I would like a professional familiar with this type of work to install it. That's why I'd like to request a quote. It's an old back-to-wall cistern; the flat is from the 60s. Two years ago, I changed the flush mechanism for a new one (the blue and white plastic type). Now it leaks into the bowl and the tank seems to never stop filling. The stopcock is next to the tank.
