- ## Do any of these symptoms sound familiar?
- - ●The hedge has lost its shape, is blocking the view, or is encroaching on the neighbour's property
- What's the best time to prune?
- It depends on the species. Hedges are trimmed in spring-summer and tidied in autumn; fruit trees are pruned during winter dormancy; bougainvillea after flowering. We advise you on the best time for each garden plant.
- Do you prune tall hedges and palm trees?
- We use safe lifting equipment and, when necessary, employ specialised personnel for high hedges, palm trees, and trees that cannot be reached from the ground.
- Do you take away the branches and pruning waste?
- Yes, collection and removal of all waste to an authorised handler are always included. For large pruning jobs involving several trailer loads, we'll inform you of the removal cost before we start.
- My palm trees have dry fronds, is it urgent?
- For aesthetic and safety reasons, it's advisable to clean them, as dry fronds can fall. We also check for signs of red palm weevil and will notify you if detected, so the palm tree can be treated promptly.
- Do you charge for hedge trimming by the metre?
- Yes, it's usually priced per linear metre of hedge, with waste removal included. For shrubs, trees, and palm trees, we provide a price per item based on size and access. The quote is free.
