How We Work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we respond in under 10 minutes during working hours. The correct protocol when a pane of glass breaks has three steps. First, immediately remove all loose fragments to prevent accidents, which is especially important with children or pets at home. Second, provisionally cover with thick plastic film or a board if the area is accessible from the outside and there is a risk of intrusion. And third, call the glazier as soon as possible for measurement and replacement. Urgency depends on whether the area is watertight. A window facing an internal patio can wait 2-3 days without issue. A balcony door or external window with a risk of rain entering or theft needs urgent replacement. We start with a measurement visit. We measure the existing opening with millimetric precision, identify the type of glass to be replaced (tempered, laminated, Climalit), and verify the fixing system to the frame (silicone, PVC profile, neoprene gasket) so that the replacement is identical to the original. We provide a fixed quote during the same visit.
