How we work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. Diagnosis begins with a brief interview with the client about when the problem started, how it manifests, and if anything unusual happened beforehand (storm, equipment moved, impact). This is followed by a visual inspection for oil stains indicating leaks, visible mechanical damage, or accumulated dirt. Then, electrical measurements and refrigerant analysis with manometers. Once the cause is identified, a fixed quote for the repair is provided, compared against the cost of a new unit if the fault is significant. We arrive with a full set of instruments. Manometers for pressure, contact and infrared thermometers, electronic gas leak detector, multimeter, and clamp meter for electrical measurements. We also use brand-specific diagnostic apps to read error codes stored in the unit's control board.
