How we work
A new electrical installation in a full renovation or new build is more than just wiring walls. It's a project that starts with a calculation of expected loads. How many appliances, what power ratings, which special circuits like air conditioning or induction hobs. It continues with sizing the electrical panel and cables, then the physical wiring. It concludes with legalisation before the electricity distributor. The most requested service is replacing electric water heaters at the end of their lifespan. The bungalows in La Herrada were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters that are now worn out after twenty or twenty-five years with hard water. We replace them with new models from quality brands like Junkers, Cointra, Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend their lifespan. A half-day operation per unit. The second most common service is updating electrical panels. The original ones can no longer handle modern appliances like dishwashers, dryers, heat pump air conditioning, or electric car chargers for owners who have made the switch. Complete replacement with separate circuit breakers for different zones and an official certificate signed within one working day. The client receives a modern, safe, and insurable installation.
