How we work
A new electrical installation in a complete renovation or new build isn't just about wiring the walls. It's a project that starts with a calculation of anticipated loads. How many appliances, what power ratings, what special circuits such as air conditioning or induction cooktops. It then continues with the sizing of the panel and cables, followed by the physical wiring. It concludes with legalisation before the electricity distribution company. The most requested service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their lifespan. The La Herrada bungalows were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters that are now depleted after twenty or twenty-five years with hard water. We replace them with new models from quality brands like Junkers, Cointra, Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend their useful life. This is a half-day operation per unit. The second most common service is the upgrading of electrical panels. The originals can no longer handle modern appliances like dishwashers, dryers, heat pump air conditioning, or electric car chargers for owners who have made the switch. Complete replacement with separate RCDs for different zones and a signed electrical certificate within one working day. The client receives a modern, safe, and insurable installation.
