How we work
Four common wall types in properties in the area, each requiring a specific technique. An incorrect fixing might seem sound initially, but in the medium term, the weight of the frame or TV can cause the material to fail, leading to everything falling down. Solid concrete: Pillars and load-bearing walls in blocks from the 80s-90s. The most robust wall but the hardest to drill: it breaks standard drill bits. Requires a masonry bit, a powerful hammer drill, expansion plugs, or chemical anchors for heavy loads. Once done, the fixing is almost permanent. Hollow brick: The most common material for interior partition walls and non-load-bearing walls. Relatively easy to drill, but the plug can fall into the internal cavity. We use special plugs that expand in the hollow space. Suitable for medium loads. For heavy loads: locate the nearest structural pillar.
