How we work
The float mechanism works perfectly. The water outlet never cuts off; water constantly keeps running, and we had to turn off the stopcock to avoid waste. In any case, I have bought a replacement part for the rubber ball (rubber/plastic ball plus rod and nuts), but given the difficult access, I would like it to be installed by a professional who is familiar with this type of work. That's why I'd like to request a quote. It's an old close-coupled cistern; the flat dates from the 60s. Two years ago, I changed the flush valve for a new one (one of the blue and white plastic ones). Now it's losing water into the bowl, and the tank seems to never stop filling. The stopcock is next to the tank.
