How we work
The process of legalising a home can begin for various reasons. For example, if a property was built illegally, to legalise it we'll need to certify its surface area and other fundamental elements like habitability. You can freely choose the specialist technician who will draw up the surface certificate. Search and choose the one you prefer and arrange an appointment. On the appointment day, you'll need to grant them access to the property, and they will take their measurements. It would be very unusual for a surface certificate to delay any process you're involved in. Once you confirm an appointment with the competent professional and they take the measurements at your property, the preparation of the surface certificate shouldn't take longer than one or two days. However, you should allow for extra time. In some cases, the stamp of approval from the relevant professional body is required, a process that can slightly extend the timeline.
