How we work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. Silicone is applied with a caulking gun in a continuous, uninterrupted motion. Stopping and restarting creates visible irregularities. Immediately after application, it's smoothed with a silicone spatula or a finger dipped in soapy water to create the characteristic uniform concave finish. Masking tape is removed before the silicone begins to cure, within the first 5 minutes. First, the old silicone must be completely removed. New silicone cannot be applied over the old; it won't adhere and will peel off within weeks. Removal is done with a special cutter, scraper, and, in difficult cases, with a specific chemical softener that dissolves the old silicone without damaging the tile.
