How we work
The small-scale comprehensive renovation of a bathroom or kitchen may seem simple from the outside, but technically it combines several trades that need to work in coordination within a limited space and under tight deadlines. If coordination fails, deadlines double, the budget spirals out of control, and the final result shows visible defects that you will have to live with for the next ten years. The difference between a well-executed renovation and a poorly executed one rarely lies in the materials (they are the same in both cases) but rather in the project, the coordination, and the quality of each trade. The project starts with a technical visit where we measure the current space and identify what can be modified and what is untouchable structurally. Then we discuss with you what you want to achieve. Just modernising while maintaining the current layout, or completely reforming the layout (typical in bathrooms where a bathtub is removed to install a large shower). We make an initial sketch, show it to you, and adjust it based on your comments. Only then do we prepare a detailed budget, item by item, with specific materials chosen. Design to your style, detailed quote by item, and a committed completion deadline.
