How we work
After flushing the toilet, using the cistern discharger, and the cistern subsequently refilling, water leaks out again, and we are forced to turn off the stopcock... The cistern discharger is a button. I apologise for not expressing myself correctly due to lack of knowledge on the subject. In any case, I have bought a replacement part for the rubber ball (rubber/plastic ball plus rod and nuts), but given the difficult access, I would like a professional familiar with this type of work to install it. That is why I would like to request a quote. It is an old-style high-level cistern; the flat dates from the 1960s. Two years ago, I replaced the discharger with a new one (one of the blue and white plastic ones). Now water is leaking into the bowl, and the tank seems to never stop filling. The stopcock is next to the tank.
