How we work
For individual replacements, we visit on the same day or the next. We measure what's installed, check the drain type, and assess if the screed and tiles will withstand the change without needing touching up. If it's a direct replacement, we give you a fixed quote and bring the new sanitary ware. If the change involves touching up the tiling or drains, we'll tell you beforehand so you know the full scope of work. We always replace flexible hoses, stopcocks, and old silicone to prevent subsequent leaks. If the renovation includes changing wall or floor tiles, we coordinate with a trusted tiler. The sequence matters. First, the old sanitary ware is removed, then the necessary tiles are chiselled off, the tiler does their part, and finally, we install the new sanitary ware. Doing everything in one block saves journeys and avoids measurement errors because the sanitary ware arrives on-site already chosen.
