How we work
The entire localisation process takes between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the complexity of the installation. The subsequent repair depends on the type of piping: copper with soldering, multilayer with pressing, PER with mechanical fittings. In 80% of cases, the entire intervention (localisation + repair + final test) is completed in one visit lasting 2-3 hours. Another frequent pattern: leaks that appear in the first month after returning to the house after the low season. Pipes inactive for months undergo thermal changes, and the pressure when reopening the stopcocks reveals accumulated weaknesses. If you've left the house closed for four or five months, the first opening should be done slowly and while monitoring the meter. We repair many types of leaks. Visible copper pipes in kitchens and bathrooms. Flexible connections under the sink or basin. Taps that drip from the spindle or cartridge. Stopcocks that leak through the ferrule. Downpipes that filter at the joints. Meters that leak from the valve itself. Boilers and water heaters with internal leaks. And poorly insulated communal tanks.
